We implemented Sign in with Apple on Apple TV, it’s working fine.
But we get the rejection when review on App Store Connect, it is stuck at the step of the OS level as screenshot. Then, no further action occurred on the associated iOS devices.

Specifically, no further action occurred on the associated iOS devices after we selected Sign in with Apple on the Apple TV screen.
